Why sourdough?
Because it is natural.
The industry wants to make everything fast and big so they use yeast which can cause digestive problems for you in long term.
Sourdough is slow but completly natural. So we make bread by the old way. It works with the natural fermentation process of the flour. We prefer slowing down and just let is happen naturally. It takes 24 hours to make a sourdough bread but worth it because your stomach will not hurt. Our bread has only 3 ingredients: flour, water, salt. Acient technic, good old style bread, just as they made it since acient times.
Order your bread 2 days before you plan to eat it because it really takes time to prepare
... but worth the pacience. It is a different dimension of BREAD.
